How can women access the service?
Women can only access this service through an existing community organisation such as:
- Communities@Work,
- Anglicare,
- AMES,
- the Women’s Information and Referral Service,
- Advance Personnel
Once that organisation has determined that the client is eligible, the organisation will contact WoW to schedule an appointment.
How do you make an appointment?
Organisations should send a referral by email to bookings@workingwonders.org.au
or call 0451 681 188 to make an appointment.
The appointment will last for approximately an hour. We at WOW understand that there will be occasions when clients need to bring small children with them when they come to Downer to be fitted with clothing. If at all possible can clients please arrange to have a friend or carer come with them to watch the children while the client is trying on clothing.
If, after the appointment has been scheduled, the client is unable to make the appointment, she should call us directly.
